​Donna B. Michelson brings over 30 years of experience to her role as Managing Partner at the Law Office of Donna B. Michelson, P.A. A strong and determined advocate on behalf of her clients, the majority of Donna’s career has been dedicated to the pursuit of justice for those wrongfully harmed.

​In the summer before law school, Donna secured an internship at a prominent personal injury firm where she became passionate about representing injury victims and her career has stayed the course ever since.  After law school, she spent a few years sharpening her skills with a renowned personal injury attorney before she joined Al Gordon, P.A., where she worked her way up through the ranks to partner status.  In 2001, Donna decided to create her own firm with the intention of expanding her client base. An accomplished and versatile attorney, Donna has litigated hundreds of cases, a significant number of which have resulted in jury verdicts or settlements in excess of a million dollars.

Donna is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, known as ABOTA, which is an invitation-only organization of many of the finest lawyers and judges in America. She has also been awarded an AV rating, the highest possible rating, with Martindale-Hubbell®, a national peer-reviewed directory for attorneys. She is also a long-standing member of the American Association for Justice, The Florida Justice Association and the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association.

Over the years, Donna has volunteered her legal services in Miami-Dade County, organized fundraising efforts for various charitable organizations and has received a Pro Bono Award for her work as a Guardian Ad Litem in Minor Settlements. Donna enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, friends and family pet. She also enjoys cooking, yoga, tennis and golf.
