​John S. Gaebe has been a trial attorney for over 35 years, successfully representing clients throughout Florida. Over that period of time, John has forged a reputation as a truly exceptional litigator due in large part to his unrelenting tenacity and resolve in seeking the absolute best results for his clients.

During his stellar courtroom career, including well over a decade as a senior partner at the nationally recognized litigation firm of Haddad, Josephs, Jack & Gaebe, he demonstrated fastidious preparation and a profound understanding of the law in a wide variety of civil and commercial cases, including matters involving catastrophic losses/wrongful death, product liability, negligent security, professional negligence (medical and legal), building and roadway construction, interstate and intrastate trucking and motor vehicle operations, insurance coverage and bad faith issues.  

John has also successfully brought claims on behalf of many Cuban Americans against Fidel Castro and the Republic of Cuba involving the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), the United States Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, the United States Victims of State-Sponsored Terrorism Settlement Fund and the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity Act of 1996, also known as the Helms-Burton Act. In this area of John's practice, he has obtained judgments in excess of $500 Million Dollars and collected tens of millions of dollars on behalf of multiple clients.

In addition to his unwavering dedication to the interests of his clients and the preservation of the integrity of the judicial system, John has been equally committed to the interests of his community and state having served in a wide variety of civic-minded capacities including Chairman of the Board of the local YMCA and Chancellor of St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
